One of our favorite tools is the Show Preview. It's a great tool for getting noticed at a show. If you've used one before, you know how effective it is. If it's not been part of your pre show timeline, you should definitely add it to you "to-do" list!
Typically the preview is a 150 word snapshot with photos and links ready for editors to drop into their online or print publication. You can send the preview to the trade show’s daily publication and all of the main publications that are covering the show. Some publications require previews as much as two months in advance. This proven tool is one of the most underused gems.
